Mikes Factory SRL uses all personal data (entered by customers in their orders details such as address, phone number, emails) provided by a customer strictly for delivering the goods and providing a better experience for all customers. We do not share the personal data given by a client to any type of third-party organization except local or EU law enforcement agencies upon their legal request.
We use The Newsletter Plugin to collect emails for our newsletters. Subscribing is only posibile by double opt-in concent from you.
We hate spam and for sure you do to, therefore we have limited our newsletters to 14 per year. A general one every month and 2 others for special promotions on holidays like Christmas or Easter.
Newsletter stores all the subscribers’ data inside the WordPress blog database, and does not transfer any data to any services of their company. Therefore, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is not needed.
Data conservation: We store your name and email address for a period of 3 years unless you decide to unsusbscribe earlyer using the link provided in the confirmation email or by email at email@example.com
Data modification, integration, export ad portability: You can change your data following the link received in the confirmation email. Customer accounts are disabled in our store. Returning customers need to enter their delivery information each time they place a new order.
